In the final years of my university studies, I had the opportunity to step into the professional world as a full-time design engineer at a digital transformation company in the construction sector. It was my first encounter with technology, and from that moment, the dream of a technology-driven career began to take shape.

When COVID-19 hit, I seized the opportunity to dive deeper into the world of information technology. After the pandemic, I joined Synx, where I not only received foundational IT training but also invaluable career guidance. I was advised, 'Don't just think like a coder—focus on analyzing and truly understanding your product so you can create solutions that genuinely benefit users.' Coming from a non-IT background, this multidimensional perspective led me to pursue a career as a Business Analyst rather than a Software Developer.

To solidify my commitment to the BA profession, I enrolled in the reputable 'Hai Lua Học Business Analyst' course—a respected program within the BA community. There, I built a strong foundation in the software lifecycle, learned about the role of a Business Analyst, crafted precise user stories, analyzed business processes, and created effective charts. The pinnacle of this training was developing an order management application for coffee shops and restaurants.

Not stopping there, I also registered for a second-degree program in Information Technology at UIT, and I am now preparing to embark on my first academic year of this new journey.
